CLUB MUSCLE: These members are to ride wi their brothers/sisters at all times as well as with our allies. They are to fight hard for their club when it is called for and to follow all laws and rules set by the Pres and Vice Pres of their charter.

 

CLUB REPRESENTATIVE: These members are to promote the club at all times and are to actively recruit new members and get them to contact the pres of their charter. Each Rep will then be responsible for the members they each recruit It will be your duty to see that those members follow club rules and laws at all times and report any who do not to the Pres AND Vice Pres of your charter. - Do not accept crew requests tho only the pres or vp is permitted to do so.

 

 

LIEUTENANTS: These members are to make sure that the ranks below them adhere to the club laws and duties put in place by the Pres and Vice Pres of their charters.

 

PRESIDENT: The President is the CHAIRMAN of the Executive Committee and the Chief Executive Officer of the club chapter. All matters concerning relations between the club and any outside person or organization should be routed to the President for appropriate action. - The pres of ANY charter must keep the National President of the club updated on ALL club business for their charter.

 

VICE PRESIDENT: The Vice-President shall coordinate all committees and supervise plans for all club events. All questions or comments concerning any club business not specifically related to the duties of the other officers should be brought to directly to his attention. Additionally, the Vice- President is the Second-in-Command to the President, and shall assume all responsibilities and duties of the President in their absence. - The vice pres of ANY charter must keep the National President of the club updated on ALL club business for their charter.

 

AMBASSADOR: This member represents the club when reaching out to the president and vice-president of other clubs on the basis of setting up alliances between zcmc and other clubs. This member is responsible for conculting with the national president of zcmc and vice-president(s) of her charter to discuss the clubs to be approached regarding alliances. The Ambassador will accompany both the president and vice-president(s) of her charter to meetings set up with the president and vice-president of the potential allied club.

The position of Ambassador is considered highly important within the club.

SERGEANT-AT-ARMS: This member is responsible for ensuring that the Bylaws and Standing Rules of the club are not violated. He is responsible to insure that the orders of the Executive Committee are carried out in an expeditious manner. He is responsible for the security of the club. The Sgt-At-Arms is also responsible for identifying and reporting to the Pres and VP any member who is disloyal or breaks any club laws.

 

ENFORCERS: These members have shown incredible loyalty to the Club. They are the ones who help with keeping order within the club. The Enforcers also help plan events for the club members, and they are the ones who show prospects what it means to be a part of this family and to show them the ropes.

 

ROAD CAPTAIN: The Road Captain is responsible for all club runs. He shall research, plan, and organize all runs. During actual time on the road or at intermediate stops during a run, he shall act as the ranking club officer, deferring only to the President or Vice-Preside nt if either of them are present, He shall supply the Secretary with any information required to notify our allies of impending club runs in a timely manner. He is also tasked with riding at the back on runs keeping prospects and other members in order making sure formation isn't broken and that nobody gets left behind.

TAIL GUNNER: As a Tail Gunner, you have one of the most important positions on any club ride.  It is you that will be the “Eyes in the Back” for the Road Captains.  In addition to your responsibility to oversee the group and maintain Safety, you are responsible for assisting any biker that has left the riding group.  This could be for information, equipment issues, or a list of other reasons. You will ride at the rear of the group (except when conditions dictate otherwise) unless required to take on the responsibilities of the Road Captain or assist a biker that is out of the formation.

SECRETARY: The Secretary is responsible for making and keeping all club chapter records. Membership List, Chapter Bylaws, Rules of Order, Standing Rules, Records of all committee appointments, all written reports, copies of all correspondence between the club and any outside person or organization, Meeting Minutes. The Secretary must notify Active Members of special or emergency meetings, and must notify all the members of any appointments or elections in their absence.

 

The Secretary must also inform our allies of impending club runs and events they are invited to attend.

 

FULL-PATCHED MEMBERS: A Full-Patch votes on all Club business and has an equal say on it. A Full-Patch has earned his place in the Club and demands the respect of Prospects and Hang-Arounds. These members have proven their loyalty to the club and are trusted members, They help with "issues" between the club and any outside club as well as helping in battle. A full-patched member also helps make decisions at meetings as he/she has earned her place at the table.

 

Prospects: These members are required to listen to anything a patch member and an Enforcer asks of them. You are to respect our allies as well as your own club members If you feel that an allied member is disrespecting you then you are to Tell your President asap and take the matter to that allies president also. You are required to help your brothers and sisters in the war as well as our allies. If an allie asks for help with anythin you are to help any way possible. A prospect must ride with patched members and the executive committee members as much as possible. All prospects are required to ride wi our Enforcers most of all doin everything they tell you be your enforcers shadow as it's the Enforcer who will show you the ropes, train you and effectivly help you earn your patch!
